The information in bold font is required in order to obtain a user name for our website. Information in italics is optional and used only for statistical purposes. The other information is required for orders (billing address and delivery address).

These surveys are done on a voluntary basis and you can refuse to participate.

Online forums and client evaluations

Some pages of our websites, such as the discussion forums, facilitate interactive discussions between users and Diversions’ staff or agents working on our behalf regarding products and services that can be purchased on websites. The client evaluation feature serves as a ranking system that allows you to share your opinions about a product. These forums and public assessments are available to all visitors to the website and you must use discretion when you enter any information. Make sure you do not give out any personal information.

Subscribing to a newsletter or to updates

Diversions offers newsletters and promotional material. Should you choose to subscribe to them, your contact information (name and email address) will be collected. This information will be used exclusively to send you newsletters and promotions you requested. You can unsubscribe at any time with the UNSUBSCRIBE link located at the bottom of the newsletter or by clicking on the link called “UNSUBSCRIBE”.  Our list of subscribers will never be sold or given to third parties.

Participating in contests or promotional offers

We occasionally launch contests or promotional offers. If you choose to participate, you may be asked to supply your contact information as well as optional information regarding surveys (for example: product preferences). The data from contest entries is only used to administer the contest and to contact you if you win.

For research purposes, we can also summarize contest information so that identifying personal participants becomes impossible. All contests and promotions are subject to this confidentiality policy and to rules specific to each contest or promotion. Some contests are managed by third parties and are subject to the third party’s rules.

Right of veto and of withdrawal
